This site was designed to celebrate a good venting. Anger has gotten a bad rap out of passive-aggressive pussification on one side, and hateful violence on the other. We believe anger is useful, and creative expression of it is good for the soul.

To be nominated, read the definition and the rules below.
If your entry is judged worthy, you get The Button and a mention here, in addition to our respect.
RANT
To speak or write in an angry or violent manner; rave; Violent, expressive, extravagant speech or writing; A speech or piece of writing that incites anger; Wild or uproarious merriment.

The rant is reviewed by mods and scored
If it meets basic minimums, author gets the button
Weekly and Monthly award for high scorers, weighted by comments The criteria:
1. Must be a rant, not just whining or complaining
2. Must meet grammar and spelling basics
3. No generalized/ racist/ hate rhetoric
4. Points awarded for passion and power of persuasion
5. Points awarded for humor and creativity
